Online booking
Clients book in person, by video or by phone, day or night, inside your own hours, breaks and days off. Confirmations, reminders and a questions form go out for you, and your diary syncs to Google, Apple and Outlook.
Payments
Clients pay by card or PayPal straight into your own account. Places in group sessions and courses are paid by card when they book, with your own refund cut-off if they cancel late. No commission on your bookings.
Invoices and receipts
In your practice's name and numbered for your records. Made from a booking or a package in one click, emailed as a PDF with a "Pay by card" button. Cash and bank transfers can be marked as paid.
Gift vouchers

Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. You pay the monthly price and keep what your clients pay you for sessions. Card payments go straight into your own account.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Keep your domain where you bought it, point it at your site, and we switch it on. Or use a free address such as yourname.practice.me.uk.
Where is my clients' information held?
In the UK. The sensitive answers on questions forms are encrypted, two-step login protects your account, and you can download or delete a client's details in one click.
Can I move from my current system?
Yes. Start the free week, set up your sessions and prices, and point your website address and booking link at your new site when you are happy. You can run both side by side until your existing bookings have finished.
